Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide families/care partner-facing access and affordability support for infigratinib in collaboration with Market Access, Commercial, Training, and Brand Marketing.
  • •Compliantly ensure a positive patient journey by partnering with BridgeBio stakeholders and managing access-related issue resolution.
  • •Lead evaluation and implementation of family access opportunities within a geographic area for applicable families.
  • •Direct access support between consented families and stakeholders (hub, pharmacies, prescriber offices, support organizations), including missing information follow-ups with the hub partner.
  • •Own ForgingBridges program relationship and operations: onboard families, manage status changes, follow business rules, control information/communications workflow, report insights compliantly, and present in-person education as requested.

Key Requirements

  • •5-8 years of biotech/pharma experience, with patient services, Market Access, and hub experience preferred.
  • •Strong foundation in patient support programs (copay and cost-sharing/affordability, and hub models for medical/pharmacy benefit products).
  • •Experience working with specialty market and reimbursement/access challenges, including OIG/CMS/legal guidelines for patient support programs.
  • •Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills with families, patients, and key decision-makers.
