Key Responsibilities

  • •Educate North America employees by answering questions related to personal trading, outside business activities, political contributions, and gifts and entertainment.
  • •Monitor employee completion of required policy reports, including acknowledgements, brokerage account listings, holdings reports, and quarterly transaction reports.
  • •Review personal trading pre-clearance requests and determine approval or denial per policy using Star Compliance.
  • •Conduct post-trade monitoring of personal securities transactions to verify policy compliance.
  • •Investigate conduct that violates relevant ethics and trading policies and issue letters of education as required.
