Monitor employee compliance with Invesco’s Code of Ethics and Personal Trading Policy, Global Outside Business Activities, Global Political Contributions, and Gifts & Entertainment policies. Educate North American employees using systems including Star Compliance and the ServiceNow Ethics Office portal, review pre-clearance requests, perform post-trade monitoring, and investigate policy violations with follow-up education letters when required.

Key Responsibilities

•Educate North America employees by answering questions related to personal trading, outside business activities, political contributions, and gifts and entertainment.
•Monitor employee completion of required policy reports, including acknowledgements, brokerage account listings, holdings reports, and quarterly transaction reports.
•Review personal trading pre-clearance requests and determine approval or denial per policy using Star Compliance.
•Conduct post-trade monitoring of personal securities transactions to verify policy compliance.
•Investigate conduct that violates relevant ethics and trading policies and issue letters of education as required.
