Key Responsibilities

•Design, implement and deliver Case management and BPM solutions using IBM Case Manager and IBM FileNet P8 stack.
•Customize IBM Case Manager solutions and develop Springboot microservices, External Data Services, and Case Manager API for client projects.
•Work with IBM Case Manager 5.1/5.2 and related FileNet components to meet business requirements.
•Develop front-end and back-end components using JavaScript, DOJO, Java, Java Enterprise, Springboot, and React JS.
•Maintain strong client communication and ensure successful project interfacing and delivery.
