Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate with team leaders/project managers and customers to understand requirements for on-site installations and repairs, forecasting issues and synchronizing work.
  • •Act as the direct customer contact for assigned projects, diagnosing and repairing equipment and systems to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • •Use software/technology and hand tools, following blueprints or engineering specifications, to diagnose and repair HVAC units.
  • •Maintain flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed, including occasional overnight stays.
  • •Enforce safety standards and maintain security/accountability of company-issued and procured assets by recording use, wear, and conditions.

Key Requirements

  • •Must possess a valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major/frequent violations (including DUI, reckless/careless driving, or multiple preventable collisions) within the prior 3 years.
  • •EPA Certification.
  • •Ability to follow blueprints or engineering specifications and use tools/software to diagnose and repair HVAC units.
