Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of all MEP systems to ensure design specification and quality compliance.
  • •Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance and control programs tailored to data center construction requirements.
  • •Conduct regular site inspections and audits to monitor progress, identify issues early, and ensure schedule and budget adherence.
  • •Manage project documentation (technical reports, daily records, change orders, compliance records) with transparency and accuracy.
  • •Coordinate with MEP contractors, subcontractors, and design teams to address technical challenges and maintain project momentum.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • •8+ years managing construction projects, with at least 5 years focused on MEP systems or data center construction projects.
  • •Proven experience with quality assurance and quality control methodologies in construction environments.
  • •Strong knowledge of MEP systems, building regulations, and industry standards for data center facilities.
  • •Experience using project management software/tools and planning (Microsoft Project, Primavera), plus CAD applications; PMP or PRINCE2 certification and data center/mission-critical experience are required/valued.
