Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with clients and architects to translate business priorities into practical AI-enabled solutions.
  • •Build, deploy, and operate agentic AI systems end-to-end, embedded in the client environment.
  • •Identify where AI can create meaningful value, challenge assumptions, and shape commercially viable and technically feasible enterprise solutions.
  • •In Consulting, build working prototypes that validate the strategy; in Studios, take prototypes to production-grade systems.
  • •Design and apply AI-native engineering practices, including evaluation, guardrails, reusable components, and contribution of reusable assets to the platform library.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in software or AI engineering, with production systems to point to.
  • •Strong practical command of Azure AI Foundry and Copilot Studio, plus Azure OpenAI and agent orchestration.
  • •Full-stack capability across front end, APIs, data, and agent orchestration to ship end-to-end solutions.
  • •Experience building and evaluating agentic systems, including retrieval, tool use, and failure handling.
  • •Ability to turn prototypes into production quickly while engaging directly with stakeholders.
