Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor and ensure correctness, completeness, and compliance of design work with project scope.
  • •Review and comment on design documents and drawings, ensuring revisions are incorporated.
  • •Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for technical support and design validation.
  • •Lead design-related activities across project stages, including project strategies, technical proposals, and lifecycle cost analyses.
  • •Propose alternative materials/systems, conduct risk analysis for safety input, ensure compliance with quality/safety/environmental standards, and manage IPD team within GCC and India.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • •12 to 15 years of experience in infrastructure design management, with consultancy and contractor exposure.
  • •Professionally qualified engineer or actively pursuing the qualification path.
  • •Strong understanding of infrastructure systems (roads, utilities, structures).
  • •Proficiency in design tools (AutoCAD, ACC) and familiarity with design coordination, cost estimation, and technical documentation.
