Ocean Freight Operation Manager

Manage end-to-end ocean import and export operations, including FCL, LCL, and Reefer shipments, while meeting customer service levels and operational KPIs. Oversee vessel schedules and shipment milestones, resolve issues promptly, and ensure compliance with SOPs, customs regulations, and international trade requirements. Lead and develop the ocean freight operations team, collaborate cross-functionally (Sales, Pricing, Procurement, Finance, Customs), and drive continuous improvement through process optimization and digital transformation.
