Job Summary

Architect and operate the internal technology ecosystem powering a globally distributed company, treating internal IT as an engineering discipline. Integrate and administer business-critical SaaS systems (CRM, support, billing, collaboration), design automated workflows and data synchronization, and build code-first internal automation using Python/Go and API/webhook integrations. Deliver IT service at a high level while strengthening security and compliance, including Zero Trust and ISO-aligned practices.

Job Function: IT Operations (Systems/Network Admin)

Key Responsibilities

•Administer and integrate business-critical SaaS systems (e.g., Salesforce/HubSpot, Zendesk/Intercom, Stripe/Chargebee, Atlassian/GitHub/Notion) and design workflows with reliable data synchronization.
•Build code-first internal automation systems including scripts, internal CLI tools, small services, API/webhook-driven event pipelines, and ChatOps integrations.
•Design and implement API-driven integrations between business systems, including CRM automation, syncing customer/billing/product usage data, and automating entitlement provisioning.
•Create internal tools and developer-friendly workflows such as onboarding/offboarding pipelines, identity and access provisioning automation, self-service IT automation, and internal APIs.
•Serve as a top-level IT support partner with root-cause analysis, and maintain security & compliance engineering aligned to ISO frameworks and Zero Trust principles.

Key Requirements

•8+ years in IT/system or business systems engineering, including 3+ years in a senior role owning internal business systems and automation at a SaaS/tech company.
•Strong scripting/programming skills in Python, Go, Bash, and Node.js.
•Solid experience operating GCP and AWS environments (VPCs, IAM roles, EC2/S3).
•Experience integrating external systems via REST/GraphQL APIs, OAuth, webhooks, and SaaS SDKs/frameworks.
•Deep knowledge of macOS and Linux plus identity/security experience (SSO/SAML/SCIM, identity lifecycle automation, Zero Trust).
