Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver a regular read on RL research performance, baselines, experiment results, day-to-day health, and incidents.
  • •Partner with RL org leads to prioritize, rank, and track the state of experiments.
  • •Run end-to-end research reviews: set the agenda, ensure the right context is present, and close the loop on decisions.
  • •Establish processes and frameworks that add structure to research without slowing researchers down.
