Job Summary

Inspect and improve retail execution across on- and off-premise key accounts in a defined California territory, ensuring compliance with brand standards. Visit rotating accounts, identify and resolve execution issues, and share best practices with wholesalers. Support market surveys, new product rollouts, and supply-chain execution by monitoring inventory aging and making recommendations. Provide market intelligence and help drive training and business development opportunities for assigned accounts.

Key Responsibilities

•Visit and review a rotating sample of key accounts and correct basic execution issues to comply with planograms, mandates, and authorizations.
•Communicate execution issues to the appropriate sales leaders and ensure follow-up until resolved.
•Share execution best practices with wholesalers and provide market intelligence to continuously improve retail execution.
•Conduct market surveys aligned with promotional windows and work with the local wholesaler to support on- and off-premise retail programming.
•Execute new product roll-out plans and identify challenges and inventory aging/code-date problems with recommendations to leadership.

Travel: Medium travel

Salary: USD 72,700 - 106,700 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent job experience, ideally with emphasis on Sales and Marketing.
•Proven track record building relationships with customers and internal associates.

•Computer literacy, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
•Knowledge of business information tools such as Cognos 7/8 and Retail Vision software.
