Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and resolve end-to-end employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions to deliver an excellent offboarding experience for clients and employees.
  • •Provide guidance on HR matters including termination, resignation, transfer procedures, employment contracts, and redundancy processes while ensuring legal compliance and best practices.
  • •Lead and facilitate client and external employee meetings for separations, settlements, and workforce reduction consultations, negotiating positive outcomes across stakeholders.
  • •Draft, tailor, and administer termination and supplementary documents with strict attention to privacy and confidentiality requirements; maintain accurate employee records.
  • •Process offboarding in Remote’s internal HRIS platform, respond as the subject-matter expert to internal and external queries, and coordinate stakeholder actions and process improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist HR competencies across the employee lifecycle.
  • •Proven experience managing voluntary and involuntary exits (terminations) with care, sensitivity, and legal compliance across jurisdictions.
  • •Ability to interpret and apply industrial instruments, analyze complex HR issues, conduct research, and communicate recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • •Basic understanding of employee relations principles, progressive discipline approaches, and workplace investigation fundamentals.
  • •Advanced written and spoken English proficiency, with strong communication, influencing, conflict management, and negotiation skills including confidentiality.
