Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate production support activities across Engineering, Product, and Platform teams to facilitate timely incident resolution and communication.
  • •Support incident management by coordinating investigations, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and post-incident follow-up.
  • •Coordinate operational readiness for releases, maintenance events, and platform changes, and drive continuous improvement for recurring issues.
  • •Develop and communicate operational dashboards/KPIs and analyze operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • •Partner with engineering teams to ensure monitoring/observability instrumentation, logging, alerting, and adoption of operational reporting practices.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent education and experience).
  • •5+ years in Platform Engineering, Application Support, IT Operations, DevOps, Cloud Operations, Site Reliability Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • •Experience supporting mission-critical production applications in an enterprise environment.
  • •Experience with operational KPIs/dashboards and monitoring, logging, observability, and alerting platforms.
  • •Experience with cloud platforms (preferably Microsoft Azure and/or AWS) and ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, and Release).
