Key Responsibilities

•Act as an initial point of contact for international clients, capturing and organizing technical and programmatic requirements to enable handoff to the appropriate team members.
•Respond to urgent client requests and ensure timely coordination across internal stakeholders.
•Assist with preparing quotes and proposals, managing CRM updates, and monitoring opportunity progress.
•Review solicitations and RFIs to support early-stage qualification and capture planning.
•Regular virtual interaction with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Legal.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Completion of secondary education (GCSEs or equivalent) is required.
•Sales experience in a technology-related industry.
•Proficiency with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, email, and CRM systems for daily communication and collaboration.
•All employment is contingent upon successful clearance of a background check.
