Key Responsibilities

  • •Leverage and deepen executive relationships across global banking and insurance organizations at Swiss headquarters and global divisional levels.
  • •Secure renewals and protect the installed base while identifying and capitalizing on expansion opportunities across the security and observability portfolio.
  • •Orchestrate account activities across a matrixed buying environment and coordinate extended account teams across geographies.
  • •Lead a virtual, multi-stakeholder account team by structuring complex situations toward defined outcomes without direct authority.
  • •Run structured account engagements with close plans, mutual action plans, milestones, and disciplined program-based execution, including negotiation and forecasting.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of enterprise software sales experience with consistent quota overachievement, primarily in financial services.
  • •Verifiable track record closing multi-million-dollar enterprise software transactions with global banks and/or insurers headquartered in Switzerland.
  • •Established executive-level network within Swiss-headquartered global financial institutions and ability to open the right doors from day one.
  • •Deep understanding of how global financial institutions buy, including group procurement, vendor risk management, outsourcing governance, decision rights, and budget cycles.
  • •Strong command of financial services regulatory requirements (FINMA, DORA), plus AI fluency and mastery of MEDDPICC or an equivalent methodology.
