Key Responsibilities

  • •Consult with clients purchasing custom template packages to gather requirements, build and upload templates, test them, and own improvements after completion.
  • •Execute template building and quality assurance against standards across court/authority forms, starter templates, and custom templates; make final readiness decisions before release.
  • •Research, design, build, and maintain court captions across areas of law and jurisdictions, collaborating with clients to capture caption needs.
  • •Configure and deliver new-firm letterhead during onboarding and support paid customizations using reusable solutions to control formatting and behavior.
  • •Adopt emerging AI and automation tools, partner with teams to resolve issues and improve workflows, and define/evolve template quality standards.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years in a law firm (1–30 employees) in a legal support role (e.g., paralegal or legal assistant) drafting legal documents and/or court forms.
  • •Experience with document templates, document automation tools, or form building/configuration.
  • •Confident working directly with clients to gather requirements, manage follow-up, and set realistic expectations.
  • •Exceptional attention to detail with a track record of highly accurate work in a detail-oriented environment.
  • •Bachelor’s degree, Associate’s degree, or equivalent professional experience.
