Drive card acquisition and improve program penetration by working with store associates and guests, training and coaching associate sales techniques, and guiding customers through accurate, compliant applications. Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets, track store performance metrics, stay fluent in product and partner promotions, and escalate operational gaps to the Head of Field Sales.
