Key Responsibilities

  • •Own backbone, CDN, and other network resource acquisition, including subsea cable, local loop, IPT, and peering.
  • •Develop resource procurement strategy in partnership with multifunction stakeholders to support capacity planning, network design, project delivery, and whole-life span management.
  • •Lead external support activities such as feasibility studies and contract negotiations with telco carriers, legal councils, and state utility companies.
  • •Run standard procurement procedures for network resource acquisition.
  • •Manage supplier and contracts, evaluate performance, and build long-term partnerships with telcos and authorities.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 3 years of experience in the OTT, Cloud or Telecommunication industry, with insight into APAC network market trends and business practices.
  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher in Telecommunication, Computing, Engineering, Management, or Economy.
  • •Strong communication and negotiation capabilities.
  • •Highly self-driven and able to perform under tight timelines and pressure with a results-focused mindset.
  • •Experience related to network resource acquisition and commercialization for data center development.
