Tax Director - Infrastructure & Incentives

Lead OpenAI’s global tax infrastructure strategy for hyperscale AI infrastructure expansion, owning tax planning across data center development, site selection, and government incentive programs. Structure, negotiate, and administer complex state, local, federal, and international incentives (e.g., property tax abatements, PILOTs, sales/use tax incentives, grants, and credits). Partner across Infrastructure, Real Estate, Finance, Treasury, Legal, Public Policy, Energy, and Engineering, and build scalable governance, automation, and executive reporting.
