Job Summary

Lead Keyloop’s global procurement function and Accounts Payable operations, combining strategy, category management, and vendor performance under one leader. Drive end-to-end procurement and invoice-to-pay processes across multiple regions, set standards and compliance controls, and manage supplier negotiations and risk. Own key KPIs including DPO, procurement savings, and AP efficiency, while partnering on automation/AI improvements and the groupwide ERP rollout.

Key Responsibilities

•Set procurement strategy and category plans to deliver cost savings and supply continuity, including supplier onboarding and relationship development.
•Lead vendor management, including escalation and resolution of performance issues, and negotiation of supplier contract and pricing terms.
•Own end-to-end procurement lifecycle and procurement systems/processes, driving continuous improvement and automation to reduce manual effort or risk.
•Lead Accounts Payable operations to ensure accurate invoice processing, approvals, on-time payments, and alignment with procurement policy.
•Track and report procurement and AP KPIs (including DPO and invoice cycle time), manage compliance/risk controls, and support the groupwide ERP rollout.

Key Requirements

•12–15 years of progressive procurement or supply chain management experience, including at least 5 years leading multiple teams in a senior management role.
•Demonstrated experience managing large-scale procurement and supplier relationships across multiple regions or business units.
•Experience overseeing or working closely with Accounts Payable, including strong understanding of invoice-to-pay processes and controls.
•Experience integrating procurement and AP processes onto a single platform/ERP from acquired businesses (e.g., via M&A or buy-and-build).
•Strong negotiation and contract management skills, including experience negotiating with technology vendors.
