Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the AI product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned to business outcomes and customer needs, including defining OKRs/KPIs.
  • •Translate business problems into product requirements, user stories, and prioritised use cases; manage trade-offs across stakeholders.
  • •Drive responsible AI governance, including fairness/explainability/transparency/privacy/security/accountability, and define controls for performance, drift, bias monitoring, and auditability.
  • •Lead end-to-end product delivery from discovery through MVP, launch, adoption, iteration, and scaling; establish operating model for support/monitoring/incident management/model refresh and change control.
  • •Hands-on prototype and develop recommendation/GenAI solutions (ML/DL, LLM, RAG, graph-based methods, agentic workflows), and guide productionisation with engineers (MLOps, monitoring, scalability, reliability).

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of software engineering/analytics experience, including at least 5 years leading AI/ML product initiatives and owning AI products end-to-end.
  • •Masters’s or PhD in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or equivalent high-level industry experience.
  • •Strong product thinking with ability to translate business problems into product requirements, user stories, and measurable success metrics (OKRs/KPIs).
  • •Applied AI/ML and GenAI skills including NLP and techniques such as RAG, prompt engineering/evaluation, fine-tuning approaches, and expert-level Python with ML frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow).
  • •Experience with MLOps/model deployment and monitoring (drift detection, retraining strategies, CI/CD) plus hands-on agentic framework experience (LangChain/LangGraph/CrewAI).
