Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead high-impact cross-functional security special projects across organizational boundaries, including standing up new capabilities and maturity programs.
  • •Own the Security organization’s annual and quarterly planning cycles and translate security strategy into a prioritized roadmap.
  • •Drive prioritization and communication of security asks across stakeholders, building a unified framework that influences partner planning.
  • •Define and own the Security team’s KPI framework across risk posture, program health, and strategic goal progress.
  • •Establish and continuously improve operating cadences (e.g., All Hands meetings, program reviews, OKR check-ins) to keep the organization aligned and moving fast.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of technical program management experience with meaningful time in a security context (e.g., security engineering, GRC, product security, infra security).
  • •Ability to lead large-scale, cross-functional programs from ambiguous inception through delivery.
  • •Strong security understanding and capability to engage technical teams while communicating clearly to executive stakeholders.
  • •Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills, with proven influence without authority across levels.
  • •Track record of operating with high autonomy, creating structure and operating rhythms rather than waiting for them.
