Key Responsibilities

  • •Support board preparation and shape the investor narrative by turning financials into a clear story.
  • •Own and evolve the corporate model integrating revenue, cost, headcount, and cash to drive planning.
  • •Lead end-to-end financial planning and partner on budget-vs-actuals to explain performance and resolve discrepancies.
  • •Partner with GTM, Engineering, People, and Operations on budget and COGS strategy to identify where margin is won or lost.
  • •Serve as a thought partner to the Head of Finance on capital allocation, cost structure, and operating-model scenarios, including building AI workflows for recurring analysis.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years in investment banking, corporate finance, or FP&A, with the ability to build models from scratch and stress-test assumptions.
  • •Fluency in B2B SaaS financials including corporate modeling, gross margin/COGS, opex and headcount planning, and board-level metrics.
  • •Strong technical foundation in three-statement modeling, comfort with GAAP, and financial systems/BI tooling to trust and build the model.
  • •Experience partnering with cross-functional leaders and the executive team to support board/investor work and translate insights into decisions.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business field; CPA or MBA is a plus.
