Key Responsibilities

  • •Independently manage the operational procurement process for multiple suppliers and the Sourcing Lead.
  • •Prepare and oversee supplier negotiations, including tactics, spend base analysis, scripts/dry-runs, stakeholder orchestration, and contract details.
  • •Arrange adequate material supply and ensure timely availability of required materials within boundary conditions.
  • •Manage day-to-day supplier relationships, including owning interaction agendas and tracking communications for full transparency.
  • •Drive cost down and cost efficiency, resolve operational procurement issues, and provide performance and planning reports while ensuring master data control.

Key Requirements

  • •2–5 years of experience in procurement/sourcing or a commercial (related) role in a technology-intensive industry.
  • •A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, (International) Business, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Finance.
  • •Experience with R2P, price negotiation, and TCO.
  • •Experience with Supplier Relationship Management and supplier contracting.
  • •Experience with supply chain processes and new product introduction.
