•Design and analyze 3D integrated products as part of a physical design team.
•Perform ASIC/SoC physical design work spanning packaging, power, clock, and cooling analysis.
•Work with architecture and RTL teams on R&D for novel concepts for 3D integration.
•Drive block and full-chip physical verification and resolve DRC and LVS issues using ICV or Calibre.
•Optimize power/performance and area, including IR/EM analysis and resolution, and improve flows via Tcl/Python scripting.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 230,000 - 280,000 annually

Key Requirements

•10+ years of physical design/verification experience with strong block-level and full-chip physical verification methodology.
•Strong background in block physical design, synthesis, PDV, and IR.
•Expert in optimizing for power/performance and area across the complete physical design flow.
•Expert with ICV or Calibre to resolve block and full-chip DRC and LVS issues.
•Strong ability to script in Tcl and Python to enhance physical design flows; knowledge of 2.5D or 3D packaging solutions is required.
