Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform hands-on silicon characterization, analysis, and debug to develop and refine product definition aligned to customer requirements and yield/cost/quality targets.
  • •Own product engineering inputs to design issues; collaborate with design teams using data-driven feedback and recommendations.
  • •Provide technical execution and leadership in cross-functional teams to achieve product technical requirements.
  • •Support technical discussions with Design, Test, Quality, and Customer teams affecting performance and manufacturability.
  • •Execute product test, cost, and quality gate activities; provide root-cause analysis for customer issues and support manufacturing readiness via wafer sort and FT/SLT production ramp.

Key Requirements

  • •BS/MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a comparable discipline.
  • •Hands-on experience performing silicon characterization, analysis, and debug to refine product definition aligned to customer and yield/cost/quality targets.
  • •Ability to understand complex data and draw technical conclusions to drive next steps.
  • •Knowledge of wafer and FT/SLT test methodology and equipment.
  • •Strong written/verbal communication and the ability to work effectively with geographically distributed engineering teams.
