Job Summary

Provide first- and second-level technical support to FHN Financial employees, troubleshooting desktop systems and applications, file access and password lockouts, restorations from backup, security and permissions issues, and connectivity problems. Support workstation and mobile wireless devices, printers, email, and related user issues. Join the IT Client Services team working with infrastructure administrators, supporting IT projects, equipment moves, application rollouts, training, and occasional after-hours on-call work.

•Working knowledge of virus protection, PowerShell, and Windows security procedures.
•Ability to communicate clearly with all levels of personnel and lift 50-pound equipment when needed.
