Job Summary

Lead the revenue legal team and manage a group of transactional attorneys who support customer agreements across SaaS, software licensing, and professional services. Key Responsibilities

•Lead, coach, and support a team of transactional attorneys handling customer agreements across SaaS, software licensing, and professional services.
•Act as the primary legal escalation lead for Sales, Finance, and Customer Success to negotiate complex public-sector and commercial transactions.
•Partner with Legal Operations to design, update, and deploy contract templates, playbooks, negotiation guidance, and self-service resources.
•Advise cross-functional partners on transaction structuring, risk mitigation, and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
•Drive operational efficiency across contracting workflows, tools, and enablement resources to accelerate deal execution.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 175,000 - 230,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Extensive legal experience leading, negotiating, and drafting complex technology and commercial contracts for public-sector and private customers.
•Proven track record managing, coaching, and developing a team of transactional attorneys.
•Experience partnering with business teams to structure deals, manage risk, and resolve contract questions under tight deadlines.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills, including explaining legal concepts to non-legal business partners and customers.
•Active license to practice law and good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
