Key Responsibilities

  • •Receive and verify faulty/returned POS terminals against recall waybills at serial-number level; log into IMS and quarantine discrepancies.
  • •Track terminals through repair stages by updating IMS statuses and enforcing receipt-to-assignment and QA-to-dispatch SLAs.
  • •Receive QA-approved units, route QA failures back to the repair queue or document Beyond Economic Repair (BER) with proper isolation.
  • •Generate dispatch lists/waybills, obtain required approvals, scan serials during loading, and close dispatch acknowledgments in IMS.
  • •Manage spare parts lifecycle: receipt verification, controlled issuance via job cards, IMS stock updates, weekly reconciliations, and documentation/reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of OND in a related discipline.
  • •At least 2-year experience in inventory operations.
  • •Strong computer skills; must know Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • •Ability to work with limited supervision and manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
  • •Proficiency in inventory management systems and workflow applications, with strong attention to detail and record-keeping.
