Job Summary

As a Personal Trainer, deliver personalized training sessions and coaching to members, guide exercise technique, and drive member results while maintaining high service standards. Key Responsibilities

•Provide high‑quality personal training programs and coaching to members
•Engage with members, offering fitness guidance, motivation, and professional advice
•Deliver and monitor client progress, adjusting programs to achieve goals
•Maintain club standards, ensure equipment safety, and uphold brand etiquette
•Collaborate with club team to meet Fitness First KPIs and participate in ongoing training

Key Requirements

•Secondary Education – A level or equivalent
•Personal Training Certified (REPS A level) / equivalent or working towards
•Current personal training certification
•Ability to deliver high‑quality PT sessions and client programming
•Strong communication and customer service skills
