Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead Technical Product Owner team efforts to drive sustainability and AI-enabled intelligent building solutions.
  • •Define and scale Agentic AI applications for autonomously monitoring, analyzing, recommending, and optimizing commercial-building operations.
  • •Translate customer sustainability needs into AI-enabled solution architectures using digital twins, IoT data, and BMS/EMS and OT integrations.
  • •Engage C-level and technical stakeholders to develop business cases, facilitate workshops, and clearly present deployment plans and outcomes.
  • •Define KPIs, baselines, and measurement frameworks and establish repeatable playbooks for AI-driven sustainability consulting and optimization.

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years of experience in sustainability consulting, energy management, commercial building operations, and/or smart building/facility management.
  • •Deep knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS), Energy Management Systems (EMS), building automation, IoT architectures, and OT environments.
  • •Experience with sustainability assessments, energy audits, carbon accounting, building-performance optimization, and decarbonization programs.
  • •Familiarity with LEED, WELL, GRESB, and ISO 50001 sustainability/ESG and energy frameworks.
  • •Experience with AI/ML, Generative AI, Agentic AI frameworks, and platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, OpenAI, or comparable orchestration tools.
