Key Responsibilities

•Support the full recruitment process across roles, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer support.
•Source candidates using channels such as LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and proactive outreach.
•Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate screens to assess role fit, motivation, and communication.
•Coordinate interviews, scheduling, and feedback collection with candidates and hiring managers.
•Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS and support recruiting process improvements, candidate experience, and employer branding initiatives.

Key Requirements

•0–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, operations, coordination, or related roles (fresh graduates with strong interest in recruiting are welcome).
•Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
•Clear written and verbal communication skills.
•Comfort working with tools such as Google Sheets/Excel and basic ATS systems.
•A proactive, learning-oriented mindset with openness to feedback and the ability to manage multiple tasks reliably.
