Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the full recruitment process across roles, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer support.
  • •Source candidates using channels such as LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and proactive outreach.
  • •Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate screens to assess role fit, motivation, and communication.
  • •Coordinate interviews, scheduling, and feedback collection with candidates and hiring managers.
  • •Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS and support recruiting process improvements, candidate experience, and employer branding initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •0–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, operations, coordination, or related roles (fresh graduates with strong interest in recruiting are welcome).
  • •Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • •Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • •Comfort working with tools such as Google Sheets/Excel and basic ATS systems.
  • •A proactive, learning-oriented mindset with openness to feedback and the ability to manage multiple tasks reliably.
