Job Summary

Own the design and delivery of enablement and awareness programs for media and entertainment product launches, helping resolve or prevent customer questions. Collaborate with Customer Reliability, product teams, and CTS stakeholders to assess launch impact, build tools and resources, and create training assets such as message maps and videos. Develop and deliver onboarding, ongoing education, webinars, and internal support training content to keep support teams current on workflows and AI tools.

Key Responsibilities

•Create tools, resources, and training to innovate enablement for Customer Technical Support (CTS).
•Collaborate with CTS ORT core team, customer reliability peers, and product teams to assess customer impact of product/feature launches.
•Develop enablement and awareness materials such as articles, message maps, PowerPoints, and training videos.
•Create, update, and deliver enablement training content for the internal support organization.
•Prepare and deliver new hire training and ongoing webinars, empowering support teams on customer workflows and AI tools.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 76,000 - 136,730 annually

Key Requirements

•Expert proficiency in Flow Production Tracking (formerly Shotgrid) with Maya or 3ds Max.
•3+ years supporting training, enablement, communications, and/or presentations in a technical capacity at a software company.
•Experience developing process guides and training modules for broad audiences.
•Comfort leading training meetings and webinars, including follow-up communication, scoring, and reporting.
•Analytical, detail-driven, and able to understand customer challenges to develop effective training or enablement content.
