Job Summary

Develop and maintain relationships with current and potential customers while meeting sales targets for Oldcastle Infrastructure precast concrete and drainage product lines. Work with contractors to deliver quality proposals, identify and bid projects in the assigned marketing area, and execute short- and long-term sales strategies to grow regional volume and profit margins. Use Salesforce, Office Suite, and SharePoint to manage prospects, quotes, and coordination across internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Be the subject matter expert on Oldcastle Infrastructure precast concrete products including utility vaults, concrete pipe, culverts, manholes, catch basins, and other drainage products.
•Develop and maintain relationships with contractors and customers; deliver quality proposals to close business.
•Prospect opportunities and identify/bid appropriate projects within the assigned marketing area; develop bid strategy.
•Manage prospects, issue quotes, and communicate with the broader team using Salesforce, Office Suite, and SharePoint.
•Meet sales volume and profit margin goals and partner with internal teams (Estimating, Project Leads, Operations, Transportation, and Accounting) to ensure high customer service.

Salary: USD 85,000 - 95,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
•Ability to travel approximately 50%+ throughout the sales region.
•Proficient in basic Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
•Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.
•Demonstrate strong business acumen in sales/marketing and/or the civil infrastructure construction market; able to read and interpret civil design/engineering drawings (a plus).
