Job Summary

Lead end-to-end Treasury coverage for SME and Personal Banking clients, driving profitable, repeat FX and other Treasury business through optimized penetration. Own strategy execution, coach and manage a team of sales professionals, and collaborate with Trading, Structuring, ALM, and Relationship Coverage teams. Drive automation and digital product initiatives, strengthen customer relationships, and ensure risk and compliance adherence, including negotiation of ISDA documentation where required.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, implement, and manage the strategic roadmap for SME & Personal Banking Treasury coverage, aligned to Global Markets Solutions strategy.
•Lead a team of four sales professionals; drive operating standards, coach performance, and ensure effective resourcing.
•Deliver automation and digitalization initiatives, replacing manual processes and enabling new digital Treasury product offerings.
•Drive sustainable profitability from FX Flow and other Treasury products, including budget-setting and reducing revenue volatility concentration risk.
•Oversee sales contact across the client portfolio, ensure compliance with risk policies, and manage documentation such as IMA completion and ISDA commercial negotiation where required.

Key Requirements

•Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
•12+ years’ experience in a Treasury & Finance field, including at least 7 years in an active dealing room of a bank.
•Strong Treasury product knowledge across all asset classes.
•Knowledge of banking operations, credit and risk management.
•Good knowledge and experience in an emerging market economy is an advantage.
