Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct and manage domain, process, compliance, and refresher training programs.
  • •Perform Training Needs Analysis, create course calendars, and ensure adherence to training schedules.
  • •Develop and manage training content (SOPs and training materials) per NTT/client standards.
  • •Evaluate training impact by measuring training effectiveness and tracking on-the-job performance.
  • •Report training progress and maintain training dashboards for management.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of BPO experience in the US or Canadian Healthcare domain, preferably Payer/Health Plan, including process training.
  • •3+ years of US or Canadian Healthcare (Payer/Health Plan preferred) experience with understanding of basic healthcare concepts and processes.
  • •2+ years of experience delivering new hire, refresher, and compliance training for teams in the US or Canadian Healthcare domain.
  • •Ability to conduct and manage training programs for domain, process, compliance, and refreshers as applicable.
