Job Summary

Help Zurich’s change and innovation teams make smarter portfolio decisions by turning portfolio and delivery data into clear, decision-ready insights. Build AI-assisted reporting tools and dashboards, explore and challenge new AI-enabled business ideas, and support early validation through prototypes and experiments. Collaborate with portfolio managers and product/project teams, presenting results via slides and concise narratives to support decision forums.

•Use AI and analytics tools to create portfolio insights and management reports.
•Design and build AI-assisted reporting tools and dashboards (e.g., summaries, smart filters, narrative insights).
•Explore and challenge new business ideas, including AI-enabled solutions and improvements.
•Refine problem statements and value hypotheses, and support early-stage tests (prototypes, experiments) with users and stakeholders.
•Document findings and recommend next steps while preparing clear visual summaries for decision forums.

Key Requirements

•Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (e.g., Business Administration, Data/Business Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science).
•Available for a minimum 9-month internship, potentially extendable by mutual agreement.

•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with comfort working with data and ambiguity.
•Basic experience with data/reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau) and interest in AI/GenAI.
