Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement manufacturing test solutions and contribute to Design for Test (DFT) efforts across the product lifecycle.
  • •Develop and validate test methodologies for production coverage, accuracy, repeatability, and robustness.
  • •Design, build, and validate automated test equipment (ATE), electrical test systems, instrumentation, and production test fixtures.
  • •Develop automated test software in Python to control instrumentation and validate electrical, functional, RF, and sensor performance during manufacturing.
  • •Support factory bring-up and production activities, including fixture qualification, calibration, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • •2+ years developing hardware test systems, automated test equipment, or manufacturing test solutions for consumer electronics or similar products.
  • •Strong electronics fundamentals and experience with laboratory instrumentation and communication protocols (UART, I²C, SPI, USB, Bluetooth, NFC).
  • •Understanding of metrology fundamentals, including measurement accuracy, repeatability, and calibration.
  • •Proficiency in Python to automate hardware/instrumentation/test processes; experience with C/C++ or other systems languages is a plus.
