Key Responsibilities

•Provide professional wellness therapies and massage/beauty treatments to spa clients while maintaining high service standards.
•Conduct thorough consultations to assess client needs, health history, and preferences, then recommend appropriate treatments.
•Perform a range of spa treatments (e.g., massages, facials, body scrubs, wraps) using appropriate techniques and products.
•Ensure personalized care during client sessions, including comfort, privacy, and satisfaction with treatments.
•Maintain hygiene and sanitation standards, manage appointments with staff coordination, and keep accurate client records and progress notes.

Key Requirements

•5+ years working experience and 3+ years relevant working experience.
•Provide spa therapies and beauty/massage treatments using appropriate techniques and products.
•Understand human anatomy and physiology to perform safe, effective treatments tailored to client needs.
•Maintain strict hygiene and sanitation standards, including sterilizing equipment and ensuring clean linens and towels.
•Hold a diploma in any related technical certificates and pursue ongoing training to maintain professional licensure.
