Retail Personal Banker Associate I- Hilton Head

Use a consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles, identify financial needs, and recommend retail and small business solutions. Proactively reach out using CAMP and approved marketing tools, set appointments, and cross-sell to existing customers through outside sales and community events. Partner with business groups (Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial, Investment) to refer customers for holistic solutions while meeting production goals and maintaining confidentiality, ethics, and risk compliance.
