Head of Partner Enablement

Own the enablement strategy for both external partners and MongoDB’s internal partner organization. Build operating models, governance, and content standards so teams share a single source of truth. Lead external partner onboarding, certification pathways, and training delivery, while running an internal cadence for product, program, funding, and platform updates. Define enablement metrics, manage tooling (LMS and partner portal content), and continuously refresh or retire content based on impact.
