Key Responsibilities

  • •Own annual and quarterly benefits budgeting, cost planning, forecasting, and ongoing cost control.
  • •Analyse utilisation trends and vendor reports to identify optimisation opportunities; support Finance with accruals, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
  • •Lead vendor relationships across all benefit programmes, managing renewal cycles, pricing negotiations, RFPs, and provider transitions while ensuring SLA and compliance standards are met.
  • •Lead benefit setup in new countries - research, design, benchmarking, legal compliance, and rollout - partnering with Legal, Finance, and HR throughout.
  • •Conduct ongoing market benchmarking to ensure benefits competitiveness across all operating regions.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in Benefits or Total Rewards roles within multinational organisations.
  • •Solid expertise in benefits administration, compliance, and statutory reporting.
  • •Proven experience setting up benefits in new markets and managing vendor transitions.
  • •Background in benefits benchmarking, analytics, and data-driven recommendations.
  • •Strong project management skills with the ability to handle complex, cross-regional topics.
