Key Responsibilities

  • •Deploy, integrate, and operate the platform in customer environments (including cloud and air-gapped) and own outcomes end to end.
  • •Partner with mission users to translate requirements into working software: integrations, data pipelines, and prototypes.
  • •Deliver across the full stack of needs—application code, Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, databases, and data flow—without staying in one specialty.
  • •Diagnose and resolve difficult issues in constrained environments with limited tooling and support.
  • •Act as the technical bridge back to TRM product/engineering teams, carrying mission context into the roadmap.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong programming fluency in Python and/or Node.js/TypeScript, with real judgment using AI/LLM tooling to ship capabilities.
  • •Hands-on Kubernetes experience deploying, debugging, and reasoning about real workloads.
  • •Production AWS experience building environments (not just consuming them).
  • •Working fluency with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL), including schema design and safe query tuning.
  • •Ability to deliver beyond a primary specialty, plus outstanding written and verbal communication as the primary on-customer engineer.
