Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage distribution resiliency projects and provide technical supervision for administrative, commercial, and technical delivery components.
  • •Ensure full lifecycle execution (feasibility, engineering design, procurement, construction, commissioning, closeout) in compliance with standards and utility best practices.
  • •Lead multiple concurrent power delivery projects, overseeing budgets, schedule adherence, cost control, and resource allocation.
  • •Develop project scopes, cost estimates, schedules, resource plans, and WBS aligned with EPC delivery models.
  • •Manage safety, quality (QA/QC), risk assessments, margin analysis, and coordinate client/stakeholder communications and contract negotiations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • •7–10+ years of relevant post-education experience, preferably in power delivery/utility project management or overhead distribution/transmission/substation design.
  • •Strong understanding of utility operations, power systems engineering, and electrical distribution design.
  • •Familiarity with NERC, IEEE standards, NEC codes, and utility regulatory requirements.
  • •Experience delivering EPC/capital programs and managing project financials, safety, QA/QC, risk, and reporting.
