Key Responsibilities

  • •Review clinical forms, data fields, and data-entry workflows within the EMR (HeliumOS).
  • •Assess data capture across key areas of the patient journey.
  • •Recommend opportunities to optimize the structure and standardization of clinical data capture.
  • •Review structured fields and free-text documentation approaches and recommend appropriate methods.
  • •Work with clinical, Product, Data, Public Health, and Engineering teams to validate and prioritize recommendations.

Key Requirements

  • •Medical degree (MBBS/MD or equivalent) or other relevant clinical qualification.
  • •Minimum 3 years of relevant experience working with EMR/EHR systems, clinical informatics, or clinical data management/design for data capture workflows.
  • •Good understanding of clinical documentation and healthcare workflows.
  • •Experience reviewing or designing clinical forms, EMR data fields, or structured health datasets.
  • •Familiarity with clinical terminology and coding standards such as ICD-10, SNOMED CT, LOINC, HL7/FHIR, or similar standards.
