Perform vehicle repair and maintenance according to dealership and factory standards, driving customer loyalty through safe, reliable work. Diagnose malfunctions, complete multi-point inspections, and document repairs on each vehicle’s repair order. Coordinate regularly with the Parts Department and Service Advisors, maintain special tools inventory, and stay current with factory technical bulletins and training to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
