Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and ship state of the art AI capabilities or infrastructure
  • •Identify highest impact, highest ROI opportunities for AI at Workday, advocate for them within the org, and enable other teams
  • •Interface with customers to validate our solutions, execute discovery work and ensure prioritization of customer problems
  • •Be the product champion externally, and voice of the customer internally
  • •Lead through influence and articulate a compelling vision for AI agents and their role in evolving customers’ workdays

Key Requirements

  • •11+ years of product management experience
  • •5+ years of experience with SaaS/B2B
  • •Technically proficient with AI and LLM-powered technology
  • •Passion and empathy for customers and a proven track record as a customer advocate
  • •Experience managing stakeholders and working collaboratively across a product portfolio
