Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct prevention and protection activities to implement workplace safety and health measures.
  • •Create and maintain safety and health signage; train and inform workers to ensure legal compliance and a safety culture.
  • •Verify legal compliance via periodic inspections and audits, assess risks, and recommend corrective actions.
  • •Monitor evacuation and emergency intervention readiness, coordinate well-being initiatives, and act as a point of contact for occupational health and safety processes.
  • •Manage employee account administration in relevant internal systems and oversee medical surveillance compliance, plus analyze reports and support IT application/project implementation.

Key Requirements

  • •Excellent English language skills (written and verbal).
  • •Degree in Occupational Health and Safety (or related field) plus a Health and Safety Inspector Course (minimum 80 hours).
  • •Solid knowledge of OHS regulations and Romanian safety legislation and standards.
  • •Experience conducting risk assessments and implementing safety programs; ability to analyze safety data and prepare reports.
  • •Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position; proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with ticketing systems (Service Now a plus).
