Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide day-to-day supervision and guidance to a team of executive and/or administrative assistants.
  • •Monitor workload distribution, performance, engagement, and service delivery; track service delivery metrics and prepare reports for leadership.
  • •Establish and uphold operational standards for scheduling, inbox management, travel bookings, meeting execution, and documentation.
  • •Serve as the first point of contact for escalated issues; resolve scheduling conflicts and service gaps with empathy and fairness.
  • •Oversee onboarding and transitions for new resources, evaluate team capacity/capacity alignment, and reassign stakeholder coverage as needed.
