Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as account liaison coordinating and executing account SLAs.
  • •Act as primary point of contact for auction vendors/clients and engage clients to understand requirements.
  • •Review vehicles in sale line up, locate missing vehicles, and coordinate to ensure vehicles are ready and parked on-spot on-time.
  • •Perform basic client services duties including monitoring vehicle reconditioning processes, supporting client teams, and communicating with stakeholders.
  • •Educate on company products and services and, with more senior peers, support condition report data, vehicle inspection process, and reconditioning coordination.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma/GED and up to 2 years’ experience in a related field, with minimum 1 year in the automotive industry or related field

  • •Valid driver’s license and safe driving record (ability to operate standard/automatic transmission preferred)
